The names of Allah (Subhana wa ta'ala) are numerous, there are 99 names of Allah and according to Abu Hurayra, this figure is based on a hadith of the Prophet (Salla Allah ’alayhi wa Salam): Verily, God has 99 names, one hundred less one. Whoever enumerates them will enter Paradise; He is the singular (witr) who likes to be enumerated one by one. » (Bukhari).
