JENNAH Return Policy

What is your return policy?

At JENNAH, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

Do I have to register my return?

It is not necessary to notify your return via our site. Simply follow the instructions in your package. If you lose the invoice, you can provide your information (order reference and full name) on plain paper or download the returns form.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not offer a direct exchange service.

If you wish to exchange an item, we will refund you in the form of a credit valid for one year.

You will receive a discount code by email that you can use on your next order.

However, it is recommended to order the desired item directly and request a refund for the original item.

How do I return my package?

To return your order, follow these steps:

- Complete the returns form (available in your package or downloadable online) and place it in your package.

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

- Send the package via Colissimo to the following address:

**Important:** Returns to relay points are not accepted.

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if a carrier other than Colissimo is used.

I received my damaged package, what should I do?

If your package is damaged upon receipt, please keep the packaging and take photos of the box. Then, contact our customer service at the following address: contact@jennah-boutique.com.

The item I received has a defect, what should I do?

If you receive an item that is defective or does not conform to your order, you have 48 hours to contact our customer service at the following address: contact@jennah-boutique. com.

We will process your request promptly. After this period, no complaints can be accepted.

What are your repayment deadlines?

We process returns within 14 business days of receiving your package. After verification of the items, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the initial order.

Can I return my order to the store?

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in store, unless otherwise indicated by our after-sales service.

Was my return received?

As soon as we have processed and accepted your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

We advise you to keep the tracking number of your package to follow its delivery.
