Usable online only.
Can be used multiple times until the balance is depleted.
Can be combined with discount codes and other gift cards.
Can be partially paid with another payment method.
Cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

If you wish to gift the card to someone, you can enter their details at checkout so they receive it directly by email. Otherwise, it will be sent to you, and you can forward it to the person of your choice.

Which countries do you deliver to?
JENNAH offers deliveries in France as well as internationally, subject to certain restrictions. For further details, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

What shipping services are available?
We offer several shipping options:< /p>

• Delivery to relay point with Mondial Relay.
  In mainland France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free to from 100€ of purchase via Mondial Relay.

Are there customs fees?
The prices of our products are displayed in euros, taxes included, but excluding customs duties.

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for additional costs or delays linked to customs formalities.

What are the delivery times?
How long does it take for me to be delivered? 

Standard Delivery: 2—4 working days

Relay Point Delivery: 2—6 working days

Express Delivery: 1—2 working days

World: Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch and are given for information purposes only. They may vary depending on payment validation, item availability or customs formalities.

What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.
