Which countries do you deliver to?
JENNAH offers deliveries in France as well as internationally, subject to certain restrictions. For more details, do not hesitate to contact our customer service.
What shipping services are available?
We offer several shipping options:
- Delivery to relay point with Mondial Relay.
In mainland France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for purchases over €100 via Mondial Relay.
Are there customs fees?
The prices of our products are displayed in euros, taxes included, but excluding customs duties.
For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for additional costs or delays related to customs formalities.
