How can I order from abroad?
We offer international shipping. When checking out, simply select your delivery country.
What should I do if an item is out of stock?
Enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it is back in stock. New items are restocked every week.
Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?
Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service for a cancellation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna for installment payments.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
No, only one promotional code can be applied per order.
What are the delivery times?
Once prepared, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
If your order is delayed or seems to be stuck, please contact our customer service with your tracking number.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
When will I be refunded after a return?
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
How do I make a return?

How can I track my order if I didn’t create an account?
If you did not create a customer account at checkout, you can still track your package. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order is shipped.
