Conditions of sale

ARTICLE 1. General principles

The following general conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer ("you") at www.jennah-boutique.com company registered with the R.C.S of Paris under SIRET number 83843436300019.

By using jennah-boutique.com and/or placing an order, you agree to respect all the clauses and conditions presented in this document (the “general conditions of sale”).

Please ensure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

The presentation of products or services on the site www.jennah-boutique.com at a given time does not imply or guarantee that these products or services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.

We also reserve the right to occasionally modify these terms and conditions without prior notice to you. The version of the general conditions which will apply to your order will be that appearing on the site www.jennah-boutique.com at the time you place the order.

ARTICLE 2. Prices and delivery costs

The prices displayed on www.jennah-boutique.com are given legal VAT included.

The company www.jennah-boutique.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of validation of the order and subject to availability. 

Any promotional item is neither returned nor exchanged

The cost of each delivery method is clearly indicated during the checkout process. Our standard delivery costs are free. If we are unable to deliver your entire order and have to make multiple deliveries, subsequent deliveries will not incur additional costs to you. 

ARTICLE 3. Order

To order the customer must follow these steps:

  • Add the chosen products to your cart. Access to the basket is possible at any time to modify or validate it, the customer checks the details of their basket, consults its total amount and delivery costs and validates it with the “order” button

  •   Connect to your account in order to identify yourself, in the event that the customer does not have an account, he or she will have to create one by following an account creation procedure indicated by www.jennah-boutique.com

  •    Choose their delivery address and payment method, when validating the order summary, the customer expressly accepts the general conditions of sale in force on the Site, the customer is redirected to the secure payment site.< /li>

Jennah Boutique immediately confirms the registration of their order by sending a confirmation message to the email address that the customer will have communicated when entering their full contact details at the time of placing your order. The customer will thus receive an e-mail confirming their order.

Article 4. Payment

The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated. 
Payment for your purchases is made by credit card or via Paypal.
Jennah Boutique has no access to its customers' banking data.

Article 5. Cancellation and modification

Once your purchase has been validated, no cancellation or modification can be made to your order.

No order cancellation is possible.

No order modification is possible, this includes (change of color, deletion of one or more items, addition of one or more items)

No modification of the recipient's address is possible, this includes (surname/first name, address, city, postal code, telephone number)

Article 6. Delivery

Jennah Boutique makes every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible and in the order in which they were placed. We make every effort to deliver to you within 2 to 4 business days after confirming an order. Although we do our best to deliver to you within the communicated deadlines, delivery can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that delivery time exceeds 30 days, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with expected delivery times (provided you have previously provided us with your email address).

Customs Taxes: When purchasing from a destination outside the European Union, your package will likely be subject to customs fees.

You will have to pay customs duties and taxes when importing goods outside the European Union.

  • Return case: if your package is returned to us for wrong address, non-existent address, failure to collect the package from the post office, or any other reason, you must pay the re-delivery costs. In the event that your return package is not claimed, costs will be deducted from you upon reimbursement. In the event of cancellation of your order, shipping costs remain your responsibility.

Article 7. Returns

Items must be returned in their original packaging with label. 

You have 14 days to terminate any sales contract without explanation; the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you took physical possession of your property.

Items must be returned to us via the carrier of your choice: Colissimo groupe Laposte, TNT/Fedex, Chronopost, DHL, GLS or DPD as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date receipt of the item(s). 

We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned items or a shipping certificate for the items, whichever comes first.

Return costs remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8. Our responsibility

www.jennah-boutique.com cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

Finally the liability of the company Jennah Boutique cannot be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses

www.jennah-boutique.com is not held responsible for delays, loss or theft of packages committed by the transport company in charge of your package.

In the event of a package indicated as being delivered on the package tracking link, but the customer indicates not to have received it, SASU jennah boutique is not held responsible.
