What payment methods are accepted?

The amount of your purchase will be debited as soon as you validate your order. You also have the option to pay via payment apps like PayPal, Apple Pay (mobile) and Klarna.

Why was my payment declined?

If your payment is refused or canceled, we advise you to contact your bank directly to understand the reason.

Where can I view my invoice?

If you ordered as a guest, you will receive your invoice by email. If you have a customer account, you can also download your invoice directly from your personal space on our site.
