What shipping services are available? We offer several shipping options: Delivery to a pickup point with Mondial Relay. In metropolitan France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.
Is delivery free? Delivery is free for orders over €100 via Mondial Relay. Are there any customs fees? The prices of our products are displayed in euros, including taxes, but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

Glissez le formulaire de retour dans votre colis, puis envoyez-le via Colissimo. Les frais de retour sont à la charge du client.

Nous ne proposons pas d'échange direct. Votre retour est remboursé sur votre moyen de paiement, ou converti en avoir valable 1 an si vous le souhaitez.
Quels sont les délais de remboursement ?
Après réception et vérification de votre colis, le remboursement est traité sous 14 jours ouvrés, sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de la commande.

After preparation, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 3 working days.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
