Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
At JENNAH, you have 14 working days from the receipt of your order. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, with packaging and tags.
Do I need to register my return beforehand?
No. Simply follow the instructions included in your package. If you have lost your invoice, the return form can be downloaded online.
How do I send back my package?
Place the return form inside your package, then send it via Colissimo. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Your return is refunded to your payment method, or converted into a credit note valid for 1 year if you wish.
What are the refund times?
After receiving and verifying your package, the refund is processed within 14 working days, to the payment method used during the order.
