In metropolitan France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.
Is delivery free? Delivery is free for orders over €100 via Mondial Relay. Are there any customs fees? The prices of our products are displayed in euros, including taxes, but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
