Which countries do you deliver to? JENNAH offers deliveries in France as well as internationally, subject to certain restrictions. For more details, please feel free to contact our customer service. What shipping services are available? We offer several shipping options: Delivery to a pickup point with Mondial Relay. In metropolitan France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.
Is delivery free? Delivery is free for orders over €100 via Mondial Relay. Are there any customs fees? The prices of our products are displayed in euros, including taxes, but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delays related to customs procedures. What are the delivery times? How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
Relay Point Delivery: 2–6 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
Worldwide: Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and are given as an indication. They may vary depending on payment approval, item availability, or customs procedures.
What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

Enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock. Items are restocked weekly.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service department to cancel it.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna for payment in installments.
Can I use multiple promotional codes on one order?
After preparation, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
If your order is delayed or appears to be blocked, contact our customer service with your tracking number.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
