Which countries do you deliver to? JENNAH offers deliveries in France as well as internationally, subject to certain restrictions. For more details, please feel free to contact our customer service. What shipping services are available? We offer several shipping options: Delivery to a pickup point with Mondial Relay. In metropolitan France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.
Is delivery free? Delivery is free for orders over €100 via Mondial Relay. Are there any customs fees? The prices of our products are displayed in euros, including taxes, but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for any additional costs or delays related to customs procedures. What are the delivery times? How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

How long do I have to return an item?
At JENNAH, you have 14 working days from the receipt of your order. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, with packaging and tags.
Do I need to register my return beforehand?
No. Simply follow the instructions included in your package. If you lose your invoice, the return form can be downloaded online.
How do I send back my package?
Place the return form in your package, then send it via Colissimo. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Your return will be refunded to your payment method, or converted into a store credit valid for 1 year if you wish.
What are the refund timeframes?
After receipt and verification of your package, the refund will be processed within 14 working days, using the payment method used during the order.

We ship internationally. When validating your shopping cart, select your delivery country.
Enter your email address on the product page to be notified as soon as it's back in stock. Items are restocked weekly.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service department to cancel it.
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal and Klarna for payment in installments.
Can I use multiple promotional codes on one order?
After preparation, orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
If your order is delayed or appears to be blocked, contact our customer service with your tracking number.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to make a return.
Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
