In metropolitan France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.

The prices of our products are displayed in euros, including taxes, but excluding customs duties. For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply according to local regulations. Relay Point Delivery: 2–6 business days

Worldwide: Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date and are given as an indication. They may vary depending on payment approval, item availability, or customs procedures.
What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. If it has not yet been shipped, you can contact our customer service department to cancel it.

Once the return has been received and validated, the refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer exchanges for online purchases. You will need to return the item and place a new order.
