Small model: 23 X 22 X 6.5 CM

Large model: 35 X 30 X 12CM

You also have the possibility to add a personalized word in the box directly via the personalization tab, we will write your message by hand.

The small format can contain for example 4 hijabs or 1 dress and up to 2 hijabs

The large format can contain up to 14 hijabs or even 5 jilbabs for example

You can customize the box with the items you want inside (to be purchased separately from the box).

Which countries do you deliver to?
JENNAH offers deliveries in France as well as internationally, subject to certain restrictions. For further details, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service.

What shipping services are available?
We offer several shipping options:< /p>

• Delivery to relay point with Mondial Relay.
  In mainland France, packages are shipped via Colissimo, and internationally via DHL.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free to from 100€ of purchase via Mondial Relay.

Are there customs fees?
The prices of our products are displayed in euros, taxes included, but excluding customs duties.

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations. JENNAH cannot be held responsible for additional costs or delays linked to customs formalities.

What are the delivery times?
How long does it take for me to be delivered? 

Standard Delivery: 2—4 working days

Relay Point Delivery: 2—6 working days

Express Delivery: 1—2 working days

What is your return policy?
At JENNAH, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, labels), unworn and undamaged.
